Grilled Lemon Garlic Artichokes
Ingredients:
2 to 4 large globe artichokes
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 lemon juiced and zested
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs such as rosemary, oregano, and thyme
Kosher Salt to taste
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
